The Art of Breathing
Prana rejuvenates the body, and even dead cells become alive, which change is not possible by any medicine.
Art of Breathing is about the cleansing of the “Life Force Body”. ‘Prana’ is aliveness, and disease means lack of life force or ‘aliveness’. Pranayam rejuvenates the body and generates fresh energy. Usually, we use only 15-20% of our lung’s capacity. But when one does Pranayam, this increases enormously. Our breathing becomes deep, slow and stable, increasing life span. The Pranayam taught here teaches the technique of directing the life force (Pranic energy) to various parts of the body and is felt immediately.
A set of simple breathing techniques that slowdown and normalize breathing while simultaneously exercising subtle influences on the entire system.
Learning the right way to breathe is one of the focus of our program. Breathing is what brings forth many of the benefits of yoga. There are many different types of breathing exercises. Atma Vichara Yoga brings a unique combination of breathing exercises that, when followed meticulously, bring in holistic health benefits in a short period. In each session, we will spend more time teaching proper breathing techniques until you get it right.
